Important: Estoril is one of the nicest touristic areas near Lisbon, and therefore, there is always a big demand for hotel rooms during the conference time. For this reason, it is highly advisable to plan ahead where you will stay during the conference, if you want choose among the various available hotel offers.

DSN-2009 will be held at the Hotel Cascais Miragem in Estoril, Portugal. You can make your hotel reservations with the special conference discount rate directly at the hotel (see below). Please note that the conference rate is provided only until May 25, 2009, subject to availability.

The conference has negotiated a block of rooms in the following hotels. Special rates are only available until May 25, 2009, and you should book your room directly with the hotel, using the specific method described in the table below. Some of the hotels have a person associated with the DSN-2009 conference reservations, and therefore, all contacts with the hotel should mention name of this person, besides providing other details such the arrival/departure dates, type of room, and payment information.

Please be advised to book the room(s) as soon as possible since June/July is the peak travel time in Estoril and there is a limited number of rooms blocked for DSN in each the hotel.
