On-line registration is available here, with secure credit card processing through Paypal services.

You may also register using the DSN09 registration form available here, and sending it to us by Fax (the Fax number is indicated in the form). NOTE: using this registration method, payment can only be made with VISA or Mastercard credit cards.

DSN Conference Registration in all categories, including student registration, includes attendance at all DCCS and PDS sessions and all Workshops, welcome reception, breaks, lunches, proceedings on CD and the supplemental volume on CD. Non-students categories also include excursion and banquet. This registration does not include tutorials. Student registration, which we have tried to keep as low as possible, will unfortunately not include excursion and banquet. However, we are happy to provide a special student price for the excursion and banquet ticket, for students registering to DSN (see price below).

Single Workshop Registration includes the single workshop of your choice, breaks, lunch on the day of workshops, and the supplemental volume CD (which includes workshop proceedings). Registration for "DSN Conference" includes all workshops.

All Day Workshops Pass Registration includes all workshops, breaks, lunch on the day of workshops, and the supplemental volume CD (which includes workshop proceedings). Registration for "DSN Conference" includes all workshops.

Tutorial Registration includes the chosen tutorial(s), breaks during chosen tutorial(s), and printed handout for your tutorial(s). Registration for "DSN Conference" does not include tutorials.

Accompanying persons are encouraged and welcome at the excursion and the banquet. Extra tickets can be purchased at the time of registration or on site, when participants check in. See the Social Program and the Venue page for additional information.

Students are required to provide proof of full-time student status at the time of registration.

Cancellations are subject to a 100€ processing fee and must be received by May 24, 2009 Registrations may be transferred to another individual up to June 20, 2009 for a 100€ processing fee.

Excursion and banquet tickets: The price for extra tickets for accompanying persons is 98€ per ticket. Students registered in DSN can also enjoy the excursion and the banquet for a reduced price of just 75€. The tickets for accompanying persons and for students can be purchased at the time of registration or on site, when participants check in. See the Social Program for more information on the excursion and the banquet.

If you need a visa letter, please send a visa request form to the Registration Chair as instructed on the form. If you don't get an e-mail acknowledgement within 48 hours, please contact us. Visa letters will be issued in accordance with IEEE policy. Visa letter requests may take up to one week to process. If you are not speaking, presenting, or serving on a conference committee, IEEE policy requires your credit card payment for registration to have cleared before we can issue a visa letter.
